Liverdun, France is a small town a few hours west of the border between France and Germany. Although small, the town boasts a "Chapel" (which is much larger than one would think), a castle--le Chateau Flie--and plenty of character. The location of the town in the bend of the Moselle River lends plenty of camping and water sport to the area as well.
